A former active-duty Airman with 18+ years who later served as a senior civilian (NH-IV), Jeff led teams in SATCOM, RF transmission, communications planning, and network engineering, taught tactical cyber systems as a CCAF instructor, and helped launch Kessel Run, DDS Rogue Squadron, SpaceCAMP, and Platform One. At Defense Unicorns, he has led development of Zarf, Pepr, and the Unified Defense Stack (UDS) ecosystem.
