John is presently the founder and CEO of HawkEye 360, the first and market leading commercial signals intelligence company specializing in the collection, mapping, and analysis of space-based RF data. John is also a partner at the national security-oriented venture capital fund Shield Capital, where he specializes in space-based investments. Formerly, an Airborne Ranger-qualified U.S. Army infantry officer, John is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, Harvard Business School, and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Middle East Institute and as the Chairman of the Baker Center for Children and Families.”
