30 ft carbon-fiber electric hydrofoil vessel. Flight-control software adjusts the foils 50 times a second to lift the hull above the waves. Two 90 kW motors and an 84 or 114 kWh battery give 70 nmi range, a 30 kt top speed and 20 kt cruise; foils from 16 kt. Up to nine passengers. Dual motors, foils and flight computers. Offered in recreational, commercial and defense configurations from $850,000; Navier says it has been used by the U.S. Navy.
