    GAO’s June 2025 assessment covers the first two PrSM increments. The August 2024 estimate includes 4,021 missiles: 3,986 procurement and 35 development. The Army reported 26 early operational missiles delivered as of January 2025. Initial operational capability for Increment 1 remained a fiscal 2026 target; GAO reported manufacturing-related schedule delays. See report pp. 111–112.
