About

Grob Aircraft was founded in 1971 and established itself in the gliding industry over the years. Since 2009, we have been developing and manufacturing training aircraft made of carbon fiber composite materials for civil and military pilot training. Headquartered in Mattsies-Tussenhausen in the picturesque Unterallgäu region, we are the only company in Germany that produces aircraft entirely at one location. Our aim is to be the leading company in our market segment. We strive not only to produce state-of-the-art aircraft, but also to offer a comprehensive training system. This includes state-of-the-art simulators, computer based learning systems, pilot selection and evaluation system and VR simulation technology. We have a family working environment characterized by flat hierarchies and a culture of collaboration. It is important to us that our employees feel comfortable in an environment that encourages innovation and personal growth. Our mission is not only to build airplanes, but also to equip the next generation of pilots with the necessary skills and technology to succeed in aviation. With a clear focus on quality, innovation and customer satisfaction, we strive to push the boundaries of what is possible in aircraft manufacturing and pilot training. We invite you to become part of our success story and join us in shaping the future of aviation.
