Small, low-cost high-thrust maneuver vehicle in an ESPA package built on Argo's water-propellant architecture. Argo lists 3,000-5,000 m/s of delta-V per tank, up to 120 kg of payload, refuelling, and payload hosting, multi-orbit mobility and RPO roles; first flight is listed for Q1 2027.
