About VESPID Mk 1
VESPID Mk 1 is a faster, tube-launched variant of CHAOS Industries' VESPID interceptor, compatible with the 10-round ISS Aerospace HAL10 launcher, with higher-count options including a 20 ft ISO container. It weighs under 12 lb, cruises at 150 m/s and shares the Mk 0's radar-cued, infrared-seeker guidance; it was first shown publicly at AUSA in October 2026 aboard a Forterra MESA vehicle.
