Compare like radar variants

V1, V2, V3 and V4 differ in size, configuration and ship integration. A V2 radar price cannot stand in for the four-array V1 system. Program-level support also cannot be compared directly with a whole destroyer’s operating cost.

Operations & sustainment

V1 fleet annual O&S estimate

$86.4M / yr

FY2027 in April 2024 estimate · Constant 2013 USD · program estimate

Fleet-level maintenance, sustaining support and improvements; not per radar or complete ship operations. Unit-level manpower and operations are not populated in this radar estimate.

Each row retains its original scope and dollar basis. Changing quantities, service life and inflation can change the estimate without changing the price of building one unit.
