ATK Launch Systems’ government contract scope has included rocket motor refurbishment, flight certification, safe handling, transportation and propellant testing. In July 2020, it became a limited liability company while retaining its legal identity. Northrop stated that existing contracts would initially remain in the entity and new domestic contracts would be placed through Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation.
