A contract ceiling is not a unit price

The 2022 contract does not disclose a fixed radar quantity and includes services and spares. Dividing it by a separate historical lot or fleet quantity would create a false unit price.

Production and upgrades can be awarded together

The 2019 announcement describes a 15-radar lot and separate capability upgrades. Neither all historical radar deliveries nor all development funding is attributable to that lot alone.

Contracts & purchasing · 1

Ceilings, options and purchase agreements are not spending and are never added together. Obligations are under Contracts.
