Obligated: Net obligations on USAspending actions of the awards linked to the program. The funding account is not identified.

An announced ceiling is not spending

A contract vehicle's ceiling can go unused, and the ceilings of multiple-award vehicles overlap in purpose. DefDex lists each announced ceiling separately and does not add ceilings together or to requested, enacted or obligated dollars.
