Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (CNS) is the management and operating contractor for the National Nuclear Security Administration's Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Bechtel National, Inc. is the lead member; minority members are Leidos, Inc., ATK Launch Systems, LLC and SOC LLC. CNS also operated the Pantex Plant until November 1, 2024, when PanTeXas Deterrence, LLC took over that contract. NNSA lists the CNS Y-12 contract as running to September 30, 2027 and plans to recompete it for award in 2027.
