HQ MiramarFounded 1959VSEC
VSE Corporation provides aftermarket parts distribution and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for aviation, serving commercial and government customers; since selling its Fleet segment in April 2025 it reports a single Aviation segment. Its former Federal and Defense segment provided refurbishment and sustainment of military vehicles, ships and aircraft for the U.S. Department of Defense; VSE agreed in February 2024 to sell substantially all of that segment's assets. Government customers accounted for $4.2 million of its $1.11 billion revenue in 2025.
