Superseded estimates and prices, each in its original scope and dollar basis.

1Annual research appropriation/reference, not lifetime development cost. FY2025 figures in PB2025 are requests; PB2027 shows FY2025 actuals, FY2026 enacted/spend plan, FY2027 request.

2Annual program funding in the cited budget vintage; not a unit price, contract award, or actual delivery count.

New vehicles and exchanged hulls have different cost content

The Army describes a blend of new production and exchange using components from flat-bottom vehicles. The cost line also funds associated fielding and upgrades.

Sustainment growth reflects fleet and scope changes

GAO reports the family O&S baseline increased 237% in the FY2023 review. The estimate expanded vehicle life, fleet quantity, brigade count, maintenance and software scope; this is not a 237% annual price rise for DVH A1.

Contracts & purchasing · 1

Ceilings, options and purchase agreements are not spending and are never added together. Obligations are under Contracts.
