An upgrade budget is not a new launcher price

FY2027 includes 25 launcher and cab upgrades plus navigation, diagnostic and support work with different quantities. Dividing the whole budget by 25 would overstate the scope of a single upgrade kit. The photo shows the M270 family, not a verified A2 configuration.

Open research: Current U.S. inventory and complete annual operating-and-support costs require additional public evidence. Buyer records are selected examples, not a complete global order book.
