1Annual program funding in the cited budget vintage; not a unit price, contract award, or actual delivery count.

A4 production is not the whole Bradley budget

PB2025 modification funding covers A4 mobility work, A3 and ODS-SA fleet upgrades, engineering and training systems. It cannot establish a new M2A4-only price or inventory.

Ukraine replacement orders do not identify the transferred variant

BAE describes the A4 order as replacing some Bradleys transferred to Ukraine. The U.S. replacement configuration must not be labeled as the configuration delivered to Ukraine.

Contracts & purchasing · 1

Ceilings, options and purchase agreements are not spending and are never added together. Obligations are under Contracts.

Open research: Buyer records are selected examples, not a complete global order book. Current U.S. inventory requires additional public evidence; procurement quantities are not inventory. Complete system-specific annual operating and support costs were not established. A lifetime R&D total was not established; contract and annual funding scopes remain separate.
