Historical assessment published June 11, 2025: Converts the Boeing 767 design into an aerial refueling tanker. As of January 2025, the program reported 158 aircraft procured and 89 delivered. Remote vision system and refueling-boom issues delayed the full-rate production decision; the report expected a decision only after September 2026, at the earliest.
