About
Boeing combines commercial aircraft production with a large defense, space and government-services business. Boeing Defense, Space & Security develops and produces combat aircraft, military rotorcraft, tankers, patrol aircraft, weapons, autonomous systems and space hardware. Its portfolio includes the F-15 and F/A-18 families, AH-64 Apache, CH-47 Chinook, P-8 patrol aircraft, KC-46 tanker and T-7 trainer, with development programs expanding its uncrewed aviation capabilities. Boeing Global Services provides engineering, training, supply-chain support, maintenance and modernization for military fleets. The defense business returned its headquarters to the St. Louis region in February 2026; this is distinct from the corporate headquarters. Boeing participates both as a platform prime and as a component and sustainment supplier.

Direct is the company's own reviewed UEIs. Reported by USAspending is subsidiaries as reported by USAspending: recipients that name this company as their parent, not yet reviewed ownership. Reviewed ownership follows dated reviewed ownership links. Joint-venture share, split equally among partners (simplification) is each joint venture's obligations divided equally among its reviewed partners, not their actual shares; it is included in the total, and the venture's own page shows the full amount.

Each action is credited by the ownership basis shown in its column. Reported-parent rows count for Boeing only for the period a subsidiary reported Boeing as its parent; reviewed links follow their reviewed dates. Net of de-obligations; these are obligations, not ceilings. They come from the whole USAspending baseline (every recipient size, contracts and assistance) and are a separate view from the curated contract totals on this page. FY2026 and later are partial, as on Markets.
